Awesome!
I wasnt too impressed at first but Ive discovered that the more you do with it, the cooler it is. If you allow it to read your sleep and workout data, it starts giving you a lot of really good information!
The most useful features for me is being able to measure my waking heart rate first thing in the morning using my Apple Watch. Id been trying to find a way to consistently measure my resting heart rate for twenty years and now I can finally do it.
It takes awhile to get a feel for the interface but once you learn it its a great app.
UPDATE: new version, new interface. Wow! I thought the last interface was too confusing and now theyve amped up the difficulty even more. That being said, still a great app.
