Good app, but issues with the sleep data. Sleep data gets lost once in a while.

Made me fall in love with my Apple Watch!

This app made me fall in love with my Apple Watch! Been looking for something like this to actually visualize all the data being collected by my Apple Watch. Perfect!

Great App

First ever app review Ive done. App is amazing. Interface and stats are great. Especially like the sleep stats. It does a great job so far. Would be great to see even more done with the sleep portion. Looking forward to the next update!

Superb interface

I like it very much. The only thing I miss is some explanation how it calculates sleep recharge.

Highly Overrated

This app is HORRIBLE! The sleep tracker does not track quality of sleep; rather how long you have been in bed. I had a Fitbit which tracked sleep much better and gave you an overall view of your sleep patterns. Developers, you may want to address this. Time in bed and sleep quality are two different things and we generally want to know sleep quality! The alerts are not in real time and often come hours later. What is the point of an alert if I dont know my pulse was high until 3 hours later? Speaking of alerts, I did not wear the watch at all the other day and left my phone at home the entire day. When I checked my phone upon returning, there were several alerts stating that my pulse was very high (161). How can it check my heart rate when Im not wearing it? I also received an alert this morning that said my heart rate was high (170) at 9:51 am and it was 8:00am!! I find it difficult to believe the accuracy of the information if the watch seems to be reading a phantoms heart rate. Please fix these BUGS! I may have to find a different app.

Im not necessarily the biggest fan of the app design or some of the heart rate/time interval visualization, BUT it is by and large an amazing app. It gives me incredible visibility into my full range of activity throughout the day and has already helped me perform better from a fitness perspective and understand how stress affects my sleep and waking heart rate. Worth every penny.

Amazing

Hands down the best 3rd party app available for the AW. Clean design and very functional..kudos to the developer. Resting HR monitoring is much improved since WatchOS 2.2.

This app should have come with the Apple Watch

This app should have come with the Apple Watch. The Apple Watch reads your heart rate all day however there is no way to see that in matter is useful. This app give you a view of your heart all day. Even in your sleep. It also let you know where were the zones of your workout. This is the app missing to make the Apple Watch more useful. The only thing missing is a calories counting

This app is fantastic. The execution on the UI is excellent. The data is beautifully displayed while maintaining practical use. Kudos to the designers. A+ on value. Worth it.

Sleep Tracking

Nice app, but really needs auto sleep tracking. The app should automatically recognize when you are asleep.

seems good, but...

…there are some things that really annoy right now. Overall it is really cool to see and monitor heart rate so that is a very good positive. However, 1. it keeps on going into the “Active Workout” mode on the watch even though I’m not in any type of active workout. 2. the heart rate monitor on the watch will always take a few seconds to calibrate to my heart rate and give me an accurate read, but will initially show a very high heart rate while calibrating and then levels out to my actual heart rate after a few seconds. this seems normal to other heart rate monitors I’ve used, so no complaints - the complaint is that this app logs the High heart rate even though it is obviously not an accurate reading. suggestions for improvement… 1. Stop going into active workout mode when I’m not using any active workout app and not working out. 2. work into the logging some sort of anomaly detection so it realizes that when a heart rate is just starting to be measured it may not pull an accurate rate in the first few seconds of the measurement.

Love this app!

People complain about the sleep monitoring. I dont care. No app can monitor actual sleep but this does give a general idea how your heart rate is doing. This app is the perfect companion to the motifit app! The motifit does a great job of recording your workout and this app breaks it down and shows exactly what your heart rate is during the workout at 5 second intervals. Could not be happier!

Great iPhone app, Apple Watch app almost there...

This app is amazing for monitoring heart rate throughout the day and really being to analyze it. From using this app I really can identify patterns that have lead to lifestyle changes and Im so glad I downloaded it. Having said this, there is improvement that can be done for the Apple Watch app. It is a very fast app for the watch, however the complication for the watch face does not update enough and that makes it not as useful to glance at. Fix that and this should be a "must have" for all Apple Watch users!

Great...needs Glances option

Great app and integration between watch and phone. The only missing piece is a Glances option on the Watch so I dont have to open the app just to see my averages for the day.

Tons of bugs

Wont let you end sleep get the watch. iPhone app reinstalls the data everyone you open it as if youre using it for the first time. Not very intuitive. Nice try but a waste of money should be a free app.
